Project managers/coordinators at ASCOPHARM are key people for the success of a program. Permanent development of unique tools permit to improve every day the performance and accuracy of our Project Managers.
Typically our coordinators responsibilities include:
- The definition of the cross-functional team responsible for the conduct of the project (Clinical Research Associates, Programmers, Data Managers, QA officers, Medical support...),
- The training of this team in compliance with protocol and procedures,
- The conduct of the program in compliance with objectives and timelines,
- The medical support of the monitoring and data management activities, together with the medical affairs group,
- The identification and solving of critical issues arising during the conduct of the program,
- The set-up of communication links and liaison with sponsor and / or investigators / other CROs during the course of the study,
- Writing activities, including writing of study specific SOPs, forthcoming amendments ...
- The design and maintenance of a "Project Plan" which is an updated formal document to summarise the status of the program
- The management and follow up of program budgets,
- The relations with other operational groups (logistics, resources, etc..)
